Gated Security

We are the only development in Moses Lake, WA that is completely fenced, has a security gate (closes at 9:00 PM and opens at 5:30 AM) and has interior street lights that come on at dusk and go off at dawn. The development is well lit and a resident can comfortably walk around the community at night and feel safe. Note: Access after 9:00PM is arranged by contacting the individual tenant through the Kiosk Entry Phone System.


Free RV parking is provided within The Lakes, enabling you to store your  boat, RV or trailer without the need to park them in your driveway.  


We Make Moving Into Our Mobile Home Park

All our homes are set in the ground to eliminate common construction steps found in most mobile home communities.  

We make the process easy by: 

  1. Providing a construction staff that helps you select your lot, advises you on selecting a home that works well on that lot and arranges for your building permit; 
  2. Having our staff complete all excavation, backfill and grading for landscaping at no cost to the homeowner;
  3. Coordinating all delivery, set-up and construction of your home and attached garage;  
  4. Ensuring that the construction process is complete by arranging for a final inspection from the City of Moses Lake for occupancy

We can complete all construction for you, at no mark-up, with our sub-contractors or you can hire your own contractor. Either way we will handle all coordination of your move-in, so the process will be quick, easy and pain-free.  





The site is arranged so that there are multiple lots varying in size to accommodate both double wide and triple wide homes. Some have larger backyard areas that can be fenced for privacy or to keep in the family pet. Others border the park area. Most have a view of the ponds. Most lots are arranged so that a deck can be added to the home whereby the homeowners can sit out on their deck in the evening. The road system wanders, meaning there are numerous lots that have open views up and down the internal road system. These homes do not experience the claustrophobia found in most mobile home parks.



As the community grows a separate area will be set aside for community gardens. If a homeowner wishes, they can claim a plot and cultivate their own garden (water will be provided). Current residents are growing tomatoes, squash, cantaloupe, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini and more. As of this writing, the best cantaloupes we have ever tasted have been grown in these existing plots!
