Gated community access

We are the only development in Moses Lake, WA that is completely fenced and has a security gate (closes at 9:00 PM and opens at 5:30 AM). Access after 9:00PM is arranged by contacting the individual tenant through the Kiosk Entry Phone System.

Night lit and clear signage

The streets are all identified with standard signs and the development is well lit enabling residents to comfortably walk around the community at night and feel safe. Street lights come on at dusk and go off at dawn automatically.

The Mobile home community features a secure and common Mail Center with off-street parking and a community notification board located just within the entry gates.

Free RV parking is provided within The Lakes, enabling you to store your boat, RV or trailer without the need to park them in your driveway.

sustainable garden space for residents

Residents have access to community garden space onsite.  If a homeowner wishes, they can plant and grow a variety of fruits and vegetables of their choosing (we provide the water). Currently, the garden has tomatoes, squash, cantaloupe, peppers, cucumbers and zucchini.
